Are steel frame homes cheaper to build than traditional stick-built homes?
Depending on your design, upfront costs will be the same or slightly higher. But precision fabrication, faster build times, and lower maintenance make steel-framed homes more cost-effective over their lifespan.
How much do barndominiums cost?
Most barndominiums range from $150 to $250 per square foot for living space, and $25 to $50 per square foot for the garage, shop, and storage areas. The total cost of your build will depend on your design, finishes, and site conditions.
How long does it take to build a steel frame home or barndominium?
Most projects take eight to ten months from our initial meeting. We handle everything for you, from the first sketch to the last finishing nail.
Do you help with design?
Yes. You’ll meet with our in-house designer and licensed Texas structural engineer to create floor plans, elevations, and layouts tailored to your land, lifestyle, and budget.
What if I have my own plans?
